Call recordings are retained for 90 days from the date of the call and then permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is requested by the Client. Transcripts follow the same retention schedule unless otherwise agreed.

Information collected from third-party callers during AI-handled calls (such as names, phone numbers, and addresses) is processed solely to provide the service to our Client. We do not use third-party caller data for marketing or any purpose beyond service delivery.
